The processing fee is $5,000. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of the loan application outcome.

Who qualifies as a professional reference?
A professional reference can be someone who has worked with you in a professional capacity, such as a supervisor, manager, or colleague.

How long does the loan approval process take?
The loan approval process typically takes between 5-10 business days, depending on the completeness of your application and the verification of your references and documents.

What happens if my loan is not approved?
If your loan application is not approved, the processing fee is non-refundable. However, you are welcome to reapply in the future, subject to any updated criteria.

Can I apply if I am self-employed?
Yes, we cater to self-employed individuals. Additional documentation, such as tax returns or business financial statements, may be required.

Is there a minimum employment requirement?
Yes, employees must have at least two years of continuous employment with Barnes Investments Limited or its affiliates to be eligible for loan services.
